Springtime in the Harz Region in Germany. The trees still leafless, so the bright Spring light had every chance to brighten up the forest and river. These were the background circumstances. I decided to let them literally be the background to this wonderful scene: the Ilsefalls near Ilsenburg. The falls demand and deserve full attention, which asked for a position close to the falls and zooming in with the wideangle lens I had on my camera.
