Applicability and prices
These general conditions are applicable on all offers and all orders made on or through the
website www.simoneo.com. Offers on this website are made without obligation and while stock lasts. Evident mistakes or errors in the offers and descriptions on this website are not binding. All prices include VAT.
Image licensing
Unless indicated otherwise, all the images featured on this website are available publication. Images can be supplied as high-res digital files. The intellectual property remains with the photographer at all times. .> See image licensing

Prints
Prints of the images can be ordered directly from this website by e-mail and/or through the contact page. When ordering, you can let me know any special wishes too. I will reply your message within due course to discuss all detail, like (payment) options, estimated delivery time and/or special terms and conditions, if applicable.
Unless indicated otherwise, prints will be produced by a high standard photoservice using quality materials and are supplied unframed and unmounted. The size of the prints normally has the 2:3 or the 3:4 ratio, but can occasionally be slightly different, in which case the longest side is always conform size on the overview.

Delivery
As no stock is kept, two weeks should be allowed for delivery within the Netherlands and three weeks for international orders. If your order is urgent, please contact me for possibilities.
Quality
When ordering an image please note that colours and reproductions of the pictures in print and of other photografic products may slightly differ from the display on your own computer screen. Furthermore, the quality of the fine art prints is hardly comparable to that of the compressed small images on the website . Prints will have more detail and more vivid colours.
Please check the order at delivery and notify me immediately if you suspect that the print was damaged during transport.
Products you order are customized for you, which means that the right of return does not apply. Cancellation of the order is only possible if its execution has not yet started. Please contact me directly if you wish to cancel an order.
